Chelsea FC 4 – 0 Manchester United: Ruthless Stamford Bridge Club Batters Mourinho’s Old Trafford Club Into Smithereens
It was a nightmare start to the game between Chelsea and Manchester United as The Blues handed their sacked coach his heaviest defeat in the Premier League. Goals from Pedro 1′, Cahill 21′, Eden Hazard 62′ and Kante 70′ ensured Manchester United were humilated at Stamford Bridge.
“You’re not special anymore,” sang the Chelsea fans as Jose Mourinho’s Man Utd suffered a humiliating 4-0 defeat at Stamford Bridge today.
Personally, I feel that Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba haven’t added any value to Manchester United . The Swede is fully asleep most times on the pitch while Pogba, known to be a strong player, appears to soft now in the Premier League . They so far, appear not to be good enough to play in the most competitive league in the world .
Meanwhile , regarding what Mourinho whispered in Conte’s ear at the end of the match, it’s being speculated that Jose told him that at one goal up, it was ok to spur the Chelsea fans on but at four goals up, it was humiliating to him (Mourinho) .
Chelsea’s Cahill and Hazard (Man of The Match) speak.
Cahill: “We dominated from first minute to the last, it was a really good performance
“[For my goal] I made the run and it dropped perfectly for me. But the three points was the most important thing for us.
“We’ve been getting great results of late, stopped letting goals in and yeah we’re enjoying it.”
Hazard: “We got a lot of confidence and started well. Dominated the game, and for the fans and us it’s a great afternoon.
“It was a very big game, and we lost two big games against Arsenal and Liverpool so it means a lot.
“The most important thing is three points and we’ve won three games in a row.”
Chelsea fans are already taking the Mickey out of Man Utd fans. This GIF is a classic example.
