Rapper Olamide Says Don’t Let The Skinny Jeans Fool Ya
Most times, Nigerian musicians dress in their jeans and keep things as European/American as possible. Not so for Olamide Adedeji. The Bariga, Lagos State born rapper keeps things as grassroot as possible sometimes and even prefers to rap in his Yoruba native tongue. Olamide shared a really cool traditional outfit photo on Instagram putting all traces of foreign outfit aside. He then called himself “ómó Ogun” confirming he’s an indigene of the state after he had already called on his 4.5m followers not to let the skinny jeans fool them. The “Motigbana” hitmaker wrote:
“Don’t let the skinny jeans fool ya…. I be ómó Ogun . ☠️ level wa nlè oh !”
