End Brutality Not Change Name Victoria Kolawole

The ongoing protests against police brutality and intimidation continues to wax stronger by the day despite attempts to transform the now dissolved Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) into Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT). Protesters have kicked against this and are continuing with the goals of the movement.

While reacting to this, Yoruba movie actress, Victoria Kolawole, states clearly that “the goal is to end the brutality not to change name”. She goes on to add that the authorities are pretending not to “understand our point”.

“The goal is to end the brutality not to change name.pretending like you don’t understand our point? No problem we will not stop till understand 😞God we need your mercy give us the strength to fight this battle to the end to be sincere some people are sick and tired already😭me sef don sick now but we moveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee,” she wrote in the now deleted post.
