COVID-19: We Can’t Afford To Put Ourselves At Risk During This Pandemic

The coronavirus pandemic has affected life in every aspect bringing hunger to a lot of homes. In fact, there are 5445 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria although 1320 have been discharged, according to the NCDC. However, 171 deaths have been recorded. We all wake up to news of how the dreaded disease is spreading and bringing pain and unimaginable hardship to many homes. With this in mind, Eniola Badmus took to her Instagram page to lament over how entertainers “go chop this season”.

The Nigerian actress also stated that entertainers can’t afford to put themselves at risk during this coronavirus pandemic.

A lot of shows have been cancelled indefinitely while actors are not really on set as they used to be. You already know social distancing is being encouraged this period.

Anyway, Eniola Badmus wrote;

“Wetin we entertainers go chop this season? May God bless everyone blessing is because we can not afford to put ourselves at risk.
May God help us all”.
